Payment Policy

This policy explains the payment methods accepted by Gifty and how payments are handled.
Accepted payment methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – pay when your order arrives. COD may not be available for some PIN codes or products.
Pay a part now (advance / deposit)
For eligible orders you can pay an advance of 30% at checkout and the balance later – in cash on delivery. The amount due now and the balance are shown clearly at checkout, in your order confirmation and in My Account.
Payment security
Online payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
Prices, taxes and invoices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is available for every order in My Account.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us with the transaction details and we will help.
