Welcome to Gifty. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of localhost and to every order you place with Gifty. Please read them carefully – by using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account login safe and for all activity under your account.

Products and personalization

• Our products are made to order and personalized with the photos, names and messages you provide.
• Product photos are for illustration. Small differences in colour, size, print placement and finish can occur because of screens, materials and the handmade process.
• You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo, logo or text you upload, and that it is not offensive, illegal or infringing anyone’s rights. We may refuse or cancel orders with such content.
• Please check spelling, dates and photos carefully before ordering. We print exactly what you submit.

Prices and orders

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or, for Cash on Delivery, after we confirm it). We send a confirmation by email.
• We may cancel an order because of pricing errors, stock problems, unclear personalization content or suspected fraud. Any amount paid is then refunded in full.
• Coupons and offers are subject to their own conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Cancellation Policy and Customized Product Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All website content – designs, text, graphics, logos and product photos – belongs to Gifty and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Content you upload remains yours; you give us permission to use it only to make your order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its working, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, natural events or strikes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
