Every Gifty gift is made especially for you. This policy explains how long making and delivery take and what to expect.
Making time
Personalized items are made after you order. Making and packing usually takes 2 working day(s). The estimated delivery date for your PIN code is shown on each product page.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–6 working days depending on your location. Remote areas, the North-East, J&K and island territories may take a few days longer. Sundays and public holidays are not counted.
Delivery area
We deliver across India. Enter your PIN code on the product page to check delivery availability and the estimated date.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹999.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we send tracking details by email or WhatsApp. You can also check the status on our Track Order page or in My Account.
Address and delivery attempts
- Please enter a complete address with landmark, PIN code and a reachable phone number.
- If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched.
Damaged or tampered packages
If the package looks damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 2 day(s) of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen because of courier issues, weather, festivals or other events outside our control; we will keep you informed.
